i5 7600k vs i7 7700 in GTA 5 with GTX 1070

I am planning to build a pc with a gtx 1070, but I can't decide between the i5 7600k and the i7 7700! I know that cores aren't important for gaming, but GTA 5 is cpu intensive. Besides that, I sometimes edit on Vegas 12 and Photoshop cs6, but I usually don't do editing.
Which cpu should I get for GTA 5 in 1440p 60fps, and why?

I would honestly spring for the i7 at this point just for the sake of longevity, plus you'll be able to save some money on the motherboard if you get the locked version and you'll be able to get 8 threads for almost the same price as 4. Some games are starting to use more than 4 threads, but it's developing very slowly.
