I bought a proccessor, 6700k, back in November. I was thinking about waiting for Kabylake but the CPU was on sale so I bought it. Now I really want one of the new Kabylakes. I was wondering if I could use my two year warranty play to return the cpu and mobo, both work perfectly fine ( cpu is pretty bad at oc, 4.4 ghz needs 1.390 volts!!!!) After seeing that the new Kabylake get to 5 ghz oc, I was pretty upset. Could I go in with mobo and cpu and return using warranty and grab a kablylake and new mobo? or will this warranty only work for damaged parts?

Warranty is for something broken, not because you want a new one.
And broken from the manufacturer...not because you broke it.

Sell your parts and buy new, if you feel the need for a minor bump in performance.
