I need to be able to stream league on twitch tv, edit videos with sony vegas, and thats pretty much it. I dont need a build that I can upgrade in the future so if you guys could recommend me parts for a 1k-1.2k PC that would be the best for price even only for next half year that'd be great. Oh also OS not included which I can add on top of the 1.2k max, so if you could add that to total i'd really appreciate it..
PS I know jack shit about computers.
Thanks! :)

Thats all you need. Use the SSD as boot drive for faster load times.

This looks great, and I'll lock this as the answer after leaving this post open for a day or 2. This looks amazing though :).
2 Questions. When I'm buying parts like this, would you happen to know approximately how long I'll have to wait for all parts to come through in the mail? And secondly, this looks like perfect price while including the windows 10 for me, so I just want to check some other quick questions if you dont mind answering them in like one sentence answers.
1. what is overclocking and should i do it?
2. will this pc be easy to put together and should i use a static glove/wristband?
and 3. just to double check, all this stuff is shipping and total price accordingly directly to Toronto correct?
Thanks a ton Hellfire :)

Oops. I made a blunder. :p
This is Canada pricing.

Ideally it should not take more than one week to assemble all the parts. But it varies from place to place across the world. To be honest I am not from Canada and wont be able to tell you exactly.
Overclocking is running the cpu/gpu/ram at an increased speed or clock rate than its default rate. OC chips are more expensive and wont fit your budget. You need more cores for that Sony Vegas. The OC chip below this price has no Hyperthreading and wont help the cause. Also if you are not proficient with it, you can end up damaging the chip.
Watch some build guides on youtube before putting it together. Its not that difficult if you follow step by step instructions. Watch some Linus Tech Tips videos. You can also follow our in-house guide here... http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/build-your-own-pc,2601.html
And for the last question, these are Canda prices and should ship to Toronto directly at that price. You can recheck with the vendors before placing the orders, just to be sure.

Hey sorry this all worked and I bought all the parts except for the SSD, which is out of stock at memoryexpress. Are there any replacements that are the exact same quality and near same price give or take 5-10 dollars?
