Well, just spent most of the day building my new computer. These are the specs: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/fDn8Ps

When i first boot it up to set up drivers etc., the LED's of the graphics card, motherboard, turn on. But none of the fans work, the RAM's LED's just flash, and the cases LED's stay off.
I dont get any signal to my monitor, is there anything I can do? Is there a recommended service place i should take it to? Thanks

My power supply is a Seasonic 550W 80+ gold

once you have the hardware together, your user manual of your mother board will always give you the hint to the problems
your is located at : https://www.manualslib.com/manual/978204/Asus-Maximus-Viii-Hero.html
looking at on this page you have the board layout (with following page indicating what all theses things are https://www.manualslib.com/manual/978204/Asus-Maximus-Viii-Hero.html?page=23#manual

Assuming you have both the 8pin and 24 pin Connectors #1 properly plugged in and that you have the both 6pin connector of power connected to the video card;
the hint 1 is the led by your memory, flashing led by it means it needs to find a compatibility mode to run that memory with your Asus board.
on this page you have the board layout (with following page indicating what all theses things are https://www.manualslib.com/manual/978204/Asus-Maximus-Viii-Hero.html?page=23#manual
item number 5 is the mem ok button, explained here https://www.manualslib.com/manual/978204/Asus-Maximus-Viii-Hero.html?page=38#manual
start with that procedure to see the board to set itself properly with the ram.
try that for starters
