I currently have a 4690k and a 970 running at stock speeds and I am looking to upgrade. I run a 60Hz 1080p curved monitor. What would be a suitable option to utilize the hardware I am using?

Would any cards in the pascal range bottleneck the 4690k?

You can get a GTX 1060 or GTX 1070 (if your budget allows). 4690K is a powerful CPU due to its 4 Powerful Cores. If you're gaming at 60Hz (which you've mentioned) then no, it won't bottleneck any GPU. AT 144Hz though it may slightly, just slightly get under pressure in games such as Battlefield 4.

An i3 in this case will bottleneck a GTX 1070 due to having only 2 Cores in it.
