How to format a newly built PC using old OEM HDD?

So I built a new PC and I used the casing and HDD of an OEM desktop in my build, how can I format my PC to a new OS?

When you install the new OS, it will give you the option to treat the HD as NEW, or you can always, at that time, to manually remove all existing partitions.
