This is like my second time aaking for help
Okay so a few days ago I has successfully started up .u computer and installed Windows 10. This was at late night December 31st-January-11st and I shut it off. Next time I turn it on something is wrong with it a d I check the inside of it a a I do believe it has something to do with the ram. When I put it in two slots a red beep that constantly goes on must mean that the ram is not I'm or in right. So I took it out those slots a d put it in the other two. The thing is. When I put it in the slot with the red beeping noises everything turn on. Like my LED lights and the fans turn on. Etc. However when I put it in the other slot where there is no red beep. The lights are off a d no fans are turning but the computer turns on. At this point I think it is weird and need help. It could be any other component I don't know

Asus Z170-A motherboard
8x2 (16GB) Ram
I5-6600K
Gtx 970
Evga Supernova 650 G2
A 250 GB SSD and 1 TH HD
Can anyone help me out here. Before all this happened I had problems with the monitor display as we but I decided to hook up an old computer that I had lying around and it booted up nice with no problem so I don't think it was the monitor. Honestly real confused about now
