Can AMD A10-9600P run high-end games?

These are my specs:
CPU: AMD A10-9600P
Graphics:AMD Radeon R5
RAM:6GB
Hard Drive : 1TB

Can this pc run games like GTA V or Far cry 4? Which settings are recommended and do you recommend to add another graphics card like r7??

A10-9600P is a laptop CPU. And it is almost certain you cannot add a graphics card to a laptop. The integrated graphics are pretty weak. I doubt you can get any playable framerates from GTA V or Far Cry 4. You really need an expensive gaming laptop for those games.
