So Im doing a budget pc build and I choose DeepCool TESSERACT SW for a case, but my mobo asus M5A78l-M LX3 do not have onboard usb 3.0 headers .. Can I use the case without the fornt panel usb 3.0 ? Sorry if this sounds stupid but this is my first build :)

You can also buy an adapter to convert the USB3 plug on the case to a USB2 plug to fit in your motherboard. That way you can still use the front USB ports, they will just run at USB 2.0 speed

Of course you can. Worst case scenario you just don't connect those front panel headers and those aren't used. I don't recall off the top of my head if the header is any different USB 2.0 to 3.0 for being able to still get some functionality out of it.
