I have GA-Z170-D3H MOBO and on the driver page for this motherboard i noticed f20 bios with description "support next generation CPU" .
Unfortunatelly i already sold my 6600k, so I don't have any Skylake procesor on hand.
Is it possible to just run BIOS with kaby lake procesor and than update to newest bios or is it going to end with a boot failure? In service they Want to install new bios for... 20 Bucks, so I would like to not waste a money if possible.
