Hi everyone,
I'm choosing all my parts for my new game PC but I'm stuck at the cooler for the CPU. My CPU is an Intel Core i5 6600k. I'm planning to overclock my CPU. I was thinking about the Cooler Master hyper 212x. But is this a good one? Or not good enough for overclocking.
Can someone give me some advise? I doesn't matter if its a liquid cooler or not. Price doesn't matter that much.
Thanks in advance!

My build so far:
CPU: intel core i5 6600k
Motherboard: Asus MAXIMUS VIII hero
GPU: Asus dual gtx 1060 3gb
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK16GX4M2B3200C16
SSD: Kingston 120 GB (for windows only)
HD: WD black edition 1TB (7200 RPM)
Case: NZXT h440 (Razer edition)
Power Supply: Not sure which to buy

Solution
The 212x is a decent cooler and so is the Cryorig H7. Either of these air coolers will allow for fairly aggressive overclocking. If you are going to run your max overclock 24/7 or have high ambient air temperatures, you may want to invest in an AIO cooler like the Kraken.

The SSD is only for windows. Then it doesn't fill up fast. Right?

How much difference is the 6GB gtx 1060 from the 3gb version? How much fps for instance?

waltvdaar you are right. Your SSD will be only about 30-40GB full if you are only planing to have w10 on it. But usually ppl install most of the programs on SSD so they benefit from quick boot times.
