this is an i5-3570k and an Intel DZ77SL50K mobo

I am having trouble with a refurbished mobo I just got and two of the dimm slots (1 and 2) not working. Through searching, I read the CPU can be a major culprit of this and be asking me about bent pins and such. I took a look and I didn't personally see anything and I'm not sure if this picture is even good enough for you to be able to tell
Any ways to narrow this down to mother board or CPU without having another motherboard/cpu to test it on?
