I have 4 + 4 = 8 gb ram in my laptop. Also I have 2 gb Gtx850m graphic card. However, when i enter dxdiag (also in my computer properties), i see that my ram is 4 gb and my graphic card is 4 gb too :S My ram should look 8gb and graphic card 2 gb but they don't look like that. Can anybody help?

Solution
I do recommend flashing the BIOS as a last resort. Even it is the simple solution there can be such a significant risk that I'd try everything else first.

Does that mean that you formatted and did a fresh O/S install. If so, there's probably a missing driver from the manufacturer. Fresh O/S installs on laptops can be tricky. On one hand you're getting rid of all the bloatware. On the other you usually need to re-install manufacturer specific drivers(from their website support page) and often it helps to do in a specific order.

Here are the results. Is there something wrong with them?

looking at your pics your laptop is still using the built in graphics and assinging 2GB to it.
Can you not disable it in the bios ?
Also when you did a fresh install did you use a 64bit OS so it can use all the available ram, a 32 bit system will only support 4GB.

I usually install OEM drivers manually. I really recommend going to the laptop's website(Asus?) and finding your specific model's support page. Then compare the driver versions they have for what you have. Be careful to get the right match for your current OS(8.1 64bit). I'd pay attention to the chipset drivers especially as well as BIOS. The chipset drivers can have a hand in how the OS see's the rest of the hardware.

Be, very careful if you flash BIOS. It can be simple and painless or potentially bricking your laptop permanently(at least till its in a shop that might be able to correct). If you have to flash the BIOS and do so successfully you may need re-configure them to use the dedicated dgpu(gtx 850m) over the integrated.

Is 8.1/64bit the laptop's native OS? If not, its possible there might not be complete current OEM drivers for that.

Here's the support page link:
https://www.asus.com/us/Notebooks/X550JK/HelpDesk_Download/

I browsed through some of them. . .

I'd do the chipset and vga drivers. The VGA driver is likely older than Nvidia's but OEM certified laptop drivers usually give better compatibility, might not give all the newest features for games but usually have the least bugs.

I saw a listing in the BIOS for the onboard Samsung 4gb memory. I believe this might be your RAM issue. You might get lucky and it doesn't need to re-flash, merely a reboot/update. I'm pretty sure you're going to need this one to get your other 4gb back.
