I use to use all 3 slot #'s 1& 2 for gpu's GT740#1 & GT730#2 and for #3 Sound blaster Z sound card. now after removing the GT730 and Z card for quite awhile I reinstalled installed their latest drivers but nothing. what bios setting is needed to get these slots working?

Solution
Sorry about the UEFI/BIOS check to see what devices are recognized. Seems your BIOS does not have this ability (some do, some don't). A tool like speccy can help with this.

Why do you have a GT740 installed when your primary GPU is a GTX 1080? This seems to overly complicated for minimal (if any gains). Use the GTX 1080 to drive your display(s).

You should not have to do anything to get the PCIe slots to work, as long as all ports are enabled and working properly. What specific device do you have installed into each PCIe slot?

Does your UEFI/BIOS recognize the devices?
