Yes but there are better power supplies than the CX series. CXM is the updated version and seems to be a bit better. Seasonic has a cheap 520 watt power supply that should work for this gpu as well. XFX and EVGA make some nice power supplies as well.

Corsair CX600 will be sufficient, but as ajpaolello mentioned there are better units.
