So, I was originally going to build a PC until I found an amazing deal with a pre-built PC because it was on sale. The PC says it has liquid cooling and I have never known anything about liquid-cooling. When I get the computer, do I need to add liquid or something or do I not need to do anything. Please help. Thank you.

All In One = Radiator + water pump + water block + rad's fan(s), supplied with screws, screw radiator to fan, screw radiator to screw hole, you can look youtube video with keyword " mounting radiator on PC case"
Most liquid cooled units are self-contained and you don't need to do anything with them. While upper end units can be built from components most are All-In-One (AIO) units, all self-contained and sealed.

FYI, watch pre-built units, they often contain inferior quality components. That is the biggest advantage of building your own, you can control the quality of the build.

    ■ Check your case, do you see radiator bracket > size/mounting (240mm, 28mm, 360mm) > clearance (most modern mid tower ATX case has front 280mm radiator mounting so get the size data of whatever AIO you love and estimate its clearance, will it nudge long graphic cards).
    ■ I'd recommend expandable AIO (EAIO) rather than regular AIO. One obvious reason is if the pump is failing you can reuse radiator. Fractal Design Kelvin, Swiftech H 220X and EK XLC Predator comes with various sizes and ready to use just like AIO.

My pc is http://www.bestbuy.com/site/cyberpowerpc-gamer-supreme-liquid-cooled-desktop-intel-core-i7-16gb-memory-nvidia-geforce-gtx-1070-120gb-ssd-2tb-hdd-black-blue/5374303.p?skuId=5374303. Do you see anything wrong with that. By aio are you talking about the thing on a monitor or what? Also what do you mean by upper end units can be built from components?
