PC won't boot up after installing new GPU

Hey, I've recently purchased XFX Radeon 460 and previously I've had Radeon HD 6570. My MBO is MSI H61MU-E35 and my PSU is SPIRE JEWEL ECO 550W PFC.

After I've put gpu in mbo and conncet 6pin connectors pc won't boot up windows. Fans from procesor and gpu are blowing but pc wont boot up. Is it possible that this psu is too weak for my gpu?

P.S I've updated my bios today with MSI Live Update 6 but without luck

Can you give a little bit more information on what you see when you boot up? Sounds like you get past POST with your fans spinning, What does the screen say? Does it report any errors? Is your screen Just blank?
