Corsair h60 3 pin connector but motherboard has a 4 pin header

Hello, i am installing my corsair h60 cpu cooler. I instaslled but i noticed that the pump has a 3 pin connector but my motherboard cpu fan is a 4 pin. What should i do please help?? I have the asus prime p z270 board

The 4th pin is just for support for PWM control.
It should work just fine plugging in a 3 pin connector.
You might need to change the control from PWM to voltage controlled mode though.
