What can I play with these specs? What should I upgrade?

My specs are
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.7GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Graphics card: Geforce Gt 730

Let me know if I need any other specs.

your Processor and memory is fine.
but a Gt 730 wont help . Most AAA title games released after 2013 could be played only below 720p and low settings.

try upgrading the GPU to atleast a R7 260 X (old) or Nvidia 750 ti.(old)
or
AMD RX 460 / Nvidia 950 or 1050
