What is the best graphics card that is comptability with my current pc?

Hey guys again!

What is the best graphics card what is fit the best with this pc specs? which doesn't need external power
beacuse my current PSU doesn't have PCIE Connector or is it possible with a dual molex?
here's a cable which came out from my PSU i don't even know if it's compatbility with a molex?

The 1050 Ti comes in a no power connector model, that's the best new card you could get. If it was up to me though I'd probably just get an RX 460 2gb. I don't think you'll get enough extra performance with that CPU to justify the extra $40 in cost for the 1050 Ti(in the US at least).
