Hello,so I am gonna be leaving for the U.S and will stay there around 4 months.I was wondering what should I do with my pc?Plug it off,put it to sleep or what? Also, are there gonna be any side effects to not using it for that long?I have my family at home,so maybe they should turn it on every now and then?Give me an advice please,I don't really want anything bad to happen to my new gaming rig.

Thanks in advance!

Put a fresh CMOS battery in before you leave. Leave it unplugged and disconnected from any network cables.
Your family could turn it on, they will probably end up being stuck doing windows updates and virus scanner updates. For 4 months, I think you could just leave it off.

Your components may have sat on a store shelf for months before you purchased them.

Could your computer get water spilled on it, or knocked over? Sure. That is a hazard for any amount of time.

The fresh battery will ensure that everything stays saved in your BIOS config.
