any advanced way to make my cpu run faster? i tryed all the basic things you can do on my pc to make it faster and also tryed overclocking my gpu for better performance, but the problem is with my cpu, can i make it faster? i already tryed turbo boosting but my system doesnt support that, aswell as overclocking

The only thing you could do now is look in task manager to see which programs are using CPU usage and uninstall them.

Also a brand new Windows installation will decrease CPU usage

thanks, but i dont have a copy of windows and most of my programs are off

can you check if i even have good specs and i could boost them

Specs : Amd Phenom 9500
AMD r7 370 gigabyte overclocked
4gb ddr2 800mhz ram
128gb ssd + 160gb hdd
500W EVGA bronze
