Hello, I again !!!
I have been experiencing heat problems inside my PC in the last 8 days (since I bought the msi 970 gaming and the corsair 400c), after spending hours and hours checking that it has good airflow, putting and removing fans, reinstalling the (Corsair h60), and I have come to the conclusion that it is nothing less than the voltage that the CPU is receiving ... I have an fx 8350.

Well it has no OC, it is at 4.0GHz and had the turbo core turned on at 4.2GHz (normal) but the processor was receiving a total voltage of 1,448v and investigating that the voltage is for an OC of at least 4.6GHz. So I deactivated the turbo core, now receiving a voltage of 1,360v and I have a slightly lower temperature than before ... (previously it was reaching more than 55 ° C just surfing the internet and playing was reaching + 77 ° C and the TMPIN2 at + 95 ° C)

The problem is, when I enter and I put the manual voltage (+0.02500 V = 1.042 approx. (Someone told me in my previous question) it should be the normal voltage of the fx 8350 without oc) when I enter windows the hwmonitor , Hwinfo64 and aida64 mark me the same voltage as I had before ...

Can be my Liquid refrigeration?

Any Suggestions?
Thank you !!!
