SDHC card error

I have data on card but its not showing in explorer, while trying from DOS it shows that there are two folders
I need help

As said above, that should have been your very first step.
All this messing around with the files, folder names, and possible EaseUS recovery directly on the card may have rendered them trashed beyond recovery.

Cease whatever you are doing.
Create a new folder somewhere on your PC.
Copy ALL the files from the card into that folder.

No, it was in camera I just took the card out and plugged into the card reader, there was a folder named DCIM I renamed that folder to Jan 7, 2017 inside this folder there was another folder named CANON100 i renamed this folder to Abid and created a new folder with the name Rizwan, right after this both folders Abid and newly created Rizwan disappeared I've videos in Abid folder, I tried to DOS method too, and it is showing that there are two directories in Jan 7, 2017 but it can not be accessed and their names are alose changed from ABID and Rizwan to .

Question from RAD1FX : "lost data on SDHC card please help"

I've record a wedding event when I came home I plugged the card to card reader and accessed the card I wanted to copy a few videos on that card, I renamed the folder DCIM to Jan 7, 2017 and entered in this folder there was a folder named CANON100 I renamed that to Abid and created another folder with name Rizwan because I wanted to copy a few more videos to Rizwan folder, right after creating and renaming new folder Rizwan both folders Abid and Rizwan disappeared, now in dos it shows that there are two folders in Jan 7 , 2017 but dos is not showing their names please help

well i did it already now i need solution, I can see the folders in DOS but i can't access them wen i try enter in one of these folders it says the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process

with EaseUS data recovery got my files but vidoes are not properly recovered some files are having audio only and some are missing video, dropping frames
