I'm a noob trying to build a budget pc. So far I have decided on most parts of my setup.
1 120 gb ssd
1 3TB USB external drive
cpu- i3-6100
gpu- EVGA Geforce 1050 ti SC
ram- Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4 2133MHz 2x4gb
mobo- MSI Intel skylake h110 lga 1151 usb 3.1 micro atx

What would be the minimum PSU wattage to use?

Solution
That SPECIFIC graphics card has no supplemental PCIe power connections required. If you choose a different 1050ti, you may have to have a 6pin PCIe. If you go as low as 350W, you may not get any PCIe supplemental power connectors. Verify that whatever power supply you choose has the necessary connections prior to purchase.

What would be the minimum wattage for everything to function properly though? If I make a future graphics card and CPU upgrade, I will most likely upgrade the PSU as well.
