I'm currently running my CPU at 4.2ghz at 1.29v. (This is one of the bad bins... can't do anything about it). The temp reaches approximately 75c with Prime95 v28.1. Is this safe? (Although I rarely ever push my PC this hard realistically) I'm thinking of potentially going to 4.3ghz or 4.4ghz, although 4.4ghz will require 1.45v+. Also my liquid temps are around 38c is that too high?
