Depends on everything else. Does getting the 1060 mean that you have $79 au less to spend on everything else? If so, what are you spending less on to make up for it?

is 4Gb not better than 3GB if so why is the 4gb cheaper?
I got a intel i5 6600 which is around $300 au, so i feel its worth getting a gpu that is good quality in-terms of performance

The 1060, despite having only 3GB vram, is a lot faster and more capable than the 1050ti.

It's better to just list your entire budget and tell us if you have any parts already. Is this pretty much just going to be a gaming pc?
