This is a kabylake build that you can also consider. Since you havent mentioned the country, prices are in Dutch PCPP, but should not be very different elsewhere.

Solution
WAIT. FOR. RYZEN.

WAIT. FOR. VEGA.

I know it's going to end up several MONTHS likely but your system is actually quite good, especially if you know how to tweak games.

If pricing is good then a 4C/8T CPU (similar to i7-7700K) could save $100 or so with RYZEN and Vega may be a good deal too for the graphics card.

Perhaps get a RYZEN system then better GPU later.

*I do agree that most games won't benefit aside from a better graphics card.

**Also consider the MONITOR. Personally if my monitor wasn't great I'd keep the current build for now and put my money into a FREESYNC (AMD GPU) or GSYNC (NVIDIA GPU), IPS, 27", 144hZ monitor (or 100Hz 3440x1440 if you want ultrawide).

I would like the best build, which one should I pick in your opinion? The one I built or the kabylake build? What is a "kabylake" anyways?

Kaby lake is the latest generation just launched by Intel this month. It is 7th gen as indicated by the prefix 7 in 7700 vs 6th gen(skylake) in 6700. Not a huge performance difference from 6th gen but there is a 5% to 10% modest performance increase along with more power efficiency. Ofcourse not to mention its newer tech.

I couldn't find the cpu cooler you listed, do you have any other options? The site I use is computeruniverse.net and I live in the United Arab Emirates by the way.

Plus do you any options for monitors? I would like a monitor that's good quality but cheap. Gotta be 1920x1080, I am not looking for no 4k monitors cause they're expensive. With G-Sync and high refresh rate would be nice!
