Just wondering if this build I'm putting together for a new pc will be the best for my first time build.

Heres a list of everything I'm planning on getting:
-Gigabyte LGA1151 Intel H170 ATX DDR4 Motherboard GA-H170-Gaming 3
-Cooler Master Hyper 212 LED CPU Cooler with PWM Fan
-Intel Core i5 6500 3.20 GHz Quad Core Skylake Desktop Processor, Socket LGA 1151, 6MB Cache
-Kingston HyperX FURY Black 8GB Kit (2x4GB) 2133MHz DDR4 Non-ECC CL14 DIMM Desktop Memory
-NZXT Source 530 Full Tower Computer Case, Black
-BenQ EW2750ZL Black 27" 4ms (GTG) Frameless Widescreen LCD/LED Monitor, 1920X1080.
-EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 GAMING DirectX 12 06G-P4-6262-KR 6GB 192-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Video Cards
-Transcend SSD340 2.5" 64GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

Just looking for general opinions and thoughts. Thanks!

So is there no need for a cpu fan for this build?

i thought the cpu cooler was a integral part. that the chip would fry without it. but which one would fit in that case?

No, you didnt understand. What i meant was, the 7500 comes shipped with a stock cooler which is included with the chip by Intel. It is a similar cooler like the one you linked and it is enough to cool your chip.
But there is no harm if you want to install a after market cooler. If you want to, then get this...
