The Explorer.exe file is corrupted due to a hard error that exists on your hard disk drive, or ssd drive you have in your system or laptop.
You will need to run a disk check of the drive it`s self.
Click on windows file explorer.
Right click on the drive with windows os installed on it.
And select properties from the pull down menu that presents it`s self.
Click on the tools tab, then check now for errors, making sure you tick the second tick box of scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors.
Click on start. You will be asked to restart windows, where upon doing so an advanced scan for bad hard errors of the disk drive will be performed.
