This issue has been bothering me for the past week and I don't know how to solve it. So far I've tried to reseat my ram, and checked my msconfig to see if max RAM was checked, but nothing. Any recommendations to fix this issue would help.

A system reserved block of memory from the main amount of ram you have in your system.

Is most commonly down to a fact that you have a on board graphics solution on the motherboard you have Mrkusz.

If the case, you will need to go into the bios of the motherboard you have.
There will be a setting that you can change on how much of the physical ram of your system is reserved for the on board graphics solution of the motherboard. Currently in the bios it is set to reserve a maximum of 4Gb of system ram.

You should be able to, if you do not have a Pci-e based graphics card fitted to the motherboard reduce the amount of reserved system memory to about 512Mb or 1Gb as a minimum.

If you have fitted a Pci-e based graphics card to the provided Pci-e card slot of the motherboard.

Simply change the setting of the primary graphics card to initialize first of all to the Pci-e setting in the bios of the motherboard you have.

Save the new changes made, exit the bios. and let windows re load.
