GTX 1070 Fps Drop Issues on Ark Survival Evolved

Hello friends
Its been more than 2 months now I've had no issues with my ASUS ROG STRIX GTX 1070 08G GAMING(OC EDITION)...I play gta 5, witcher 3, fallout 4, elite dangerous etc on the highest settings avaliable in the game...I bought Ark survival Evolved in the steam winter sale..I like this game but my fps drops to 10-15fps occasionally when I run and enter my house or when I open storage boxes and when am flying on my dino's over the islands..I know the game is poorly optimised but my GPU load gets to 99% most of the time and sometimes 100% too...Is this good or is there something wrong with my GPU? also I have an i5-6600(non-K)..My CPU stays below 56degrees and my GPU temperature reaches 67degress Max..it has never gone beyond that...

It is because the game is absolutely terribly optimized even with my i7 6700k and 1070's in sli I barely hit 60 highest I ever seen mine hit was 80 fps so yeah it is the game just refund it if you did not play over 2 hours

Thank you for the reply...I cannot refund because I have played more than 2 hrs on the game...I like the gameplay and concept but there are some serious performance issues that needs to be fixed..If GTX 1070's in sli cannot handle the game I dont think my single 1070 has any chance lol I will have to wait for the dev's to optimize the game I geuss

I have played the game on a single gtx760 and an AMD 6100 for like 600+ hours, I recently upgraded to a FX9 and a GTX 1070. Now I can't even get past the loading screen.

Ever since the Tek tier update...the performance has gotten even worse...now I get low memory errors on daily basis and some times my PC hangs with black screen when am flying while being hungry,so i have to force shut down my PC...I have 24 gb ram...I have more than enough HDD and SSD space and my GPU(gtx 1070) has 8gb Memory...so am not sure what's wrong I think they completely broke the game with there Tek tier update :(
