A batch(.bat) file can do a lot more than put malware on your computer. You can effectively configure your whole computer through batch commands.

You may need to reinstall windows as you most likely have some lurking problems. Never run a .bat file unless you know exactly what you're doing. Even then you should not run it unless you open with a text editor and understand contents.

try to restore to an earlier point in time before you downloaded the .bat file. to do this, follow these steps. this will more than likely fix your problem due to the fact that everytime you uninstall or install or even up=date the computer, it will create a save point, almost like a game.

ok, I did a system reset but when i did it kept all of my star wars files and everything, so try and use the following link: https://www.google.ca/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=3&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwjWxM-WqcnRAhUT82MKHRARDowQFggiMAI&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.laptopmag.com%2Farticles%2Freset-windows-10-pc&usg=AFQjCNHcVtjgWvu4YjOic5_0HzH2mpbiJQ&bvm=bv.144224172,d.cGc first try the keep my files, if that doesnt fix it then you have to remove everything. but it will still keep our boot logo and all of our apps, it only deletes the ones you downloaded.

have you tried to just completely reinstall gta5? that .bat file could have messed with just the game. i would uninstall and reinstall the game before you do the system reset to see if it was the game.
