Hello,

I recently bought a TP-Link Archer C58-AC1350 router mostly for it's QOS service. However when I connect it to my modem it receives only half the speed. I currently get 20 Mbps from my isp. I connected the router to my modem using both the WAN and LAN ports but got the same results. I've tried connecting both a laptop and desktop using a cable with again the same result. All of the LAN ports should be able to reach at least 100 Mbps.

Please clarify:

1. What speed are you paying for from your ISP?
2. What is the speed with your new router and modem connected by using http://www.speedtest.net/
3. Do you get a different speed using http://www.speedtest.net/ if you use a different router?

I get 20mbp/s from my ISP.
When connected to the modem I get a solid 20mbp/s but when using the router I barely get 10mbp/s.

QOS is turned off so it doesn't limit the bandwidth
