And while the "short answer is yes" in terms of compatibility, I'm virtually certain all the SATA ports (connectors) on that board are SATA II 3.0 Gb/s and not SATA III 6 Gb/s connectors. Now in terms of "real-life" performance it should make little or no difference "speedwise" re your 3 TB HDD.
