So, basically I bought a new complete PC a few days ago with an i7 and much more ram because it was fairly cheap. There was a pretty shitty radeon graphics card installed, which I wanted to replace with the gpu from my old computer, however the pc only started the fans and the power led, and the monitor went into standby. I did look if it works at the beginning with the bad graphics card, and everything was fine. After a lot of trying out, I realised that when the gpu is taken out and I use the onboard-graphics (which I also tried while the gpu was installed, still didn't work) it boots up normally. Then I thought it might be because the PSU couldn't handle the card, but when I tried using the bad Radeon card that was originally installed and worked, had the same effect! Just the fans and the power led, and the monitor on standby.

Specs:
GPU I tried to install: ASUS GeForce GTX 660 Ti
Original GPU: Can't remember, some old AMD Radeon
CPU: Intel Core i7 3770
Ram: 2x8GB
Mainboard: Foxconn 2ADA
PSU: beQuiet 100-240Vac (For some reason it doesn't say Watt. but I think it's 430 or 500)
