It's tier 5. You are asking for it to bring down your whole system. Whether you use a 1060, 1070 or an old AMD r7 you want to get a new PSU, ideally from the top two tiers. Dont risk your expensive hardware with a junk PSU.

Depends what you want to spend, and what you want to run with it altogether, but ofr your setup with one GPU this Seasonic is ideal, and tier two http://pcpartpicker.com/product/fZyFf7/seasonic-power-supply-s12ii520bronze

It is not modular and only has a 6+2 pin and a 6 pin PCIE power connector though. Is plenty for most GPU's.
