Hello, everyone! I'm trying to run my new build with no luck what so ever. Computer shops around either don't know what 1151 socket is or don't have them on stock to test my setup. So I'm looking for a way to check which part of the system failed.

I'm using old chieftec 400w PSU but it was tested on my old build using overclocked q9300 processor, hd4850 and 5 hhd so it should be fun trying to run single CPU.

On power off, fans move and blink little bit.
After resetting BIOS all chassis and CPU fans are running and then on 2-3 resents they stop.
