At first I thought it was an win10 issue when I installed it, but going back to win7 I'm still getting it. When chatting with friends it all sounds fine for us. But if I were to record what was happening using fraps for example, or even stream it through twitch whether we're playing a game or not, only my friends voices seem to have a slight hollow echo to them. I've messed with all my settings and cant figure it out. Using win7 and currently use a headset, G35. Thanks for any help.

Finally figured it out. Its the logitech gaming software at fault. The new stuff seem to conflict with something. Not sure if its because my hardware is old or whatever,but rolling back to the older versions, 8.53, when they still had the Screaming Bee support in it fixed my issue with the echo. Thats my effort after 3 weeks of trouble shooting. Hope it helps someone.
