So im fairly new to PC gaming so i may be worrying about nothing here, so please bare with me... first of all here are my specs.
I7 4790k (As factory)
Msi z97a gaming 7
MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4gb
16GB Ram
Cooler master seidon V2 cooler (cpu)
So i was playing BF3 last night all ultra settings and using MSI Afterburner to monitor my temps etc. GPU and CPU usage didnt hit 100%, now im not sure wether this is because the game is a few years old and my hardware simply doesnt need to be maxed out for this particular game. Saying that though, Arma 3 has give me much more usage %, but more around 80-90% GPU.
In the BF3 game, my temps were
GPU 64°c max. CPU 64°c max. And i was getting 120-135 fps.
I am wondering wether it is a hardware or software problem, like i said im fairly new to it all so i might be worrying about nothing lol.
CPU and GPU usage were around 40-60%
