okay just ordered this new gpu from cutting edge gamer and thought it was a nice deal to pay monthly due to me not having 700$ to blow on a card at the momment.. so as im playing my games my fps studders like a bitch. not on all games but on black ops 3/division/gta v in some areas but i thought to myself maybe the division is just not optimized enough well.. then bo3 was studdering even at the lobby screen so somthing has to be wrong here there is no way a gtx 1080 running on 1080P could have these type of problems. and i ordered a 1440p monitor so if im having issues with 1080p i know its gonna be even worse on 1440p.

Download Display Driver uninstaller and download latest nvidia driver, use DDU to do a clean install sometimes that fixes weird issues like you are having. Sometimes upgrading video cards causes problems with drivers, ive had issue like this my self and this fixed it.
