Low Budget PC Build ideas

Hey there,

I want to upgrade my PC (everything except from Cabinet, Monitor and mouse,KB) which is at my office.
So I just wanted your advice on this matter.

I'll write down my needs:

1) My budget is very low. It should be below Rs. 15,000 (220 US Dollar)

2) I won't be playing games on this PC. I'll be using it just for emails, Microsoft office, Tally and that's it.

3) I don't need to buy a new Cabinet, Monitor, mouse, speaker and KB so please don't include that in the list.

For such a low budget, you'd likely get more for your money if you buy a prebuilt system since they strike deals with component manufacturers as well as Microsoft to lower the cost of their machines. An i3 system from Dell or HP would probably be within your budget.
