I need help with my computer it's not turning on!!

So i just got new parts for my computer and i assembled it all but it wont turn on. It turns on for half a second once in a while when I push the power button but does'nt work every time. The gpu led light is on and everything's put in but im freaking out.

Read both the motherboard manual and the PSU manual. Make sure you took every step correctly. Also, check the CPU for bent pins and make sure all of the parts are seating properly. Altough, it sounds like a motherboard problem. Make sure the motherboard isn't shorting.
