Can I run & stream games with i5 2400 & GTX 560 Ti 2gb OC?

Can I run GTA 5, h1z1,dead by daylight, Minecraft, battlefield 1, black ops 3 , battlefront? Can I stream them also & what kind of fps I'm looking at?

I have an i5 2400
GTX 560Ti 2gb OC
8 GB or ram
250gb hard drive

Streaming while playing will take a big performance hit. Tough to know exactly what FPS you will get since there are so many different games and it depends on the settings. Maybe medium at 720 resolution it will be OK, 1080 you are likely to have FPS drops while streaming.

It will play those games pretty well outside of streaming except BF1, your CPU and video card are too old to run that well.
