I touched an exposed PCI pin while my computer was running and I got a small shock and my computer immidietly shut down. Nothing will turn on except, but I am getting the green LED on my motherboard, and the blinking blue LED on my mobo after I hold the power button down for 10 seconds. I removed the power cord and took the cmos battery out overnight, only to find the same thing. Not sure what to do at this point. Could that have fried the motherboard? Could it have damaged any other components?
