When I try to turn on my PC, it shuts down after about 3 seconds, then turns back on after another 3 seconds and repeats the cycle continuously.
Yesterday, upgraded my GPU from a 970 to a 1070, but the problem didn't occur until later that day, after I had installed all the drivers and restarted a few times.
The first time this happened, I stopped the loop by shutting it off via PSU. I waited for a few minutes before trying again. This time, it booted up normally.
This morning I woke up and my PC was on, but unresponsive and outputing no video, so I had to shut it down. When I tried to boot it up again, I got the same loop. I haven't been able to fix it so far.
My specs:
i5-4690K
Corsair H100i v2
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD3H-BK
Corsair vengeance DDR3 1600 2x4gb
MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X 8gb
EVGA supernova 850 G2
I have tried booting without the GPU, but I still get stuck in the loop.
I can't get any video and I can't get to the BIOS.
