CPU: Intel i3 6100(6th gen) (Rs.9000 approx)
HDD: Seagate 1TB HDD.(Already have this :p)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2400 C16 1x8GB (Rs.4200)
MBD: MSI H110M PRO-VD 6th gen (MS-7996)(Rs.4500)
PSU: Corsair VS450.(Rs.3000)
GPU: AMD RX 460-2GB or GTX 1050 Ti mini 2GB. (Rs.10000) or (Rs.12000)
Case: Please suggest a cheap one.
Did i miss anything else?

Games I Want to play: FIFA 17, BF3,4,COD AW, Witcher 3, GTA V,Watch dogs 2 etc...

Is the MBD compatible with the GPU?
What about the GPU? Does it need a 6/8 pin connector? And does the PSU have it?

This is the cheapest build I could do.(30,000INR ~ 440 USD) Open to any kind of suggestions.
My budget is 35k max.
cheers :)

While I don't usually recommend the CX series, it is much better than your current unit.

The VS series is easily the worst power supply that Corsair has ever made. IMO, they belong in Tier 5 and should be avoided at all costs. I stand my ground that your current unit is a potential fire hazard.
7/10. One somewhat enthusiastic thumbs up.

CPU is compatible with the motherboard.

For the PSU, Corsair 450 is not enough information. Please tell me it's not a VS 450. If it is, rating goes down to 1/10 and one thumbs down.

For the GPU, I'd suggest the RX 460. Since they both have the same amount of VRAM, why pay more for one when they're pretty close in terms of performance?

My recommended case: Thermaltake Versa H21

I've not seen reports of games refusing to load on a I3, have seen some that refused the dual core two thread Pentium 3258 anniversary edition without a patch that run fine on an I3 dual core four thread system. If budget is an issue an I3 6100 with 1060 3GB will outperform an I5 6500 with 1050TI 4GB with all other components the same and almost identical pricing. Even save $20 on the I3 setup still. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FRXphL_Q47s

Doesn't matter which one you're looking at, the entire VS series is junk. Potential fire hazard. Replace it.

Built down to a low price. Not exactly the most stable units ever created. Very basic safety circuitry or even thin gauge wiring used. Not for gaming rigs or overclocking systems of any kind.

Even if he had a true quad core, his power supply would still burn down his house.

Also, I've seen enough people complain about FIFA not launching on their FX 4xxx or 6xxx CPUs and I think it's because you're right. Here's my methodology: How Many Cores Do AMD FX Processors *Actually* Have? This provides the reason why it won't run properly on anything lower than the 8xxx series. It needs four actual cores, not just four threads.

I'd always recommend an EVGA W1 (original W) over a Corsair CX. Maybe the newly redesigned CXM series could outdo EVGA quality, but not at the same price.

Ran into a snag. We can't keep basing our prices by converting between USD and INR. It seems that the prices over there are far more inflated than I expected. The rather basic EVGA 500W you suggested costs almost 6,000 INR.

Let's make it a point to set PCPartPicker to India and just deal with direct prices rather than converting between currencies. This will eliminate a lot of frustration on OP's end.

UPDATE: It also appears that the 500W you listed is the cheapest acceptable quality PSU in India. I feel bad for OP, the prices over there are so inflated. View all power supplies in India of relevant wattage (even low quality models).

Thanks for the update, that's too bad it certainly limits the options with those prices.

This means we're going to have to walk the border between "it's acceptable enough" and "it's junk".

I'm going to do some exploring. I'll keep referencing the Tom's Hardware PSU Tier List and try to keep it at Tier 3 at the lowest. If I find a good deal of something in Tier 4, I'll reference multiple professional reviews for the model before suggesting it. We don't want to get OP another fire hazard. I suggest that anyone aiding in my search also verifies their units before suggesting them.

Note that I'm not a moderator, I'm just a user that's putting my idea out there.

Not really. I Just check them with Amazon or other online stores and compare with the stores in my area. And those prices are the cheapest i could get.

UPDATE: What about the CX 430??
