Should I upgrade form a FX-6300 to a FX-8350 AMD CPU for Streaming

The main reason why i want to upgrade is so when i stream, my PC don't get slowed down as much i need some advice as i'm in a budget and can not upgrade to stuff like a Intel Remember i'm only upgrading for better performance when my stream is running.

What specs are you talking about PC or Stream My PC CPU AMD fx-6300 with a 750ti graphics card and 16 Gb ram My Stream is down scale to 1280 X 720 30fps Video bit 2000 low Latency High Quality
My encoder is my Graphics card for my stream to help with CPU usage
