hey i got my cpu to 4.5ghz in the bios but hw monitor says there running at 4.3 and i have thermal throttling off and i cant run prime95 for more than 10 min with ought overheating (70'c) and i also want to get the last .1ghz so any way i can improve my cooling i have a cyorge h7 cooler

I can't think of the voltige off the top of my head but what I did was increase the voltige drastically so it wouldn't crash then slowly lower the voltige till it crashed then increase some

ok i'm ruining at 4.75 voltz i was able to drop one to decrease the temp but anything below that freezes when i run prime95 but is there a way to get to 4.6
