Random Power off

So I built a computer about a month ago, I knew the build was going to be hot so I did constant measuring of my PC's load and temps. A few days ago it started to randomly shut off during load. At first I thought this was an issue with temps so I let the PC cool a little, started the computer and then noticed my temps were pretty cool, almost idle temps even though I only left the computer off for 2 minutes, if that.

So I tested it again, sure enough if the CPU/GPU are both under load then the system powers down. So I tested it one more time, this time logging temps, load, and power usage from the GPU.

No overheat, sporadic load, and random shutdown.

After the computer shuts down it refuses to be started until the power connection is cut and remade (PSU switch or unplug) which makes me believe either the motherboard or power supply are preventing power on due to a hardware malfunction.

When I first started building the computer I wasn't expecting on having parts that require so much power and I am pretty sure the power supply is capable of running the system (As it has no problems for months). Doing multiple checks on the wattage I was just barely okay 495 watts on a 500 watt EVGA certified PSU.

PC Build:
AMD FX-9370 Black Edition (Noctua NH-D15 Cooling)
2 x 1866 8GB Ripjaws DDR3
AMD RX 480
1TB 7200 RPM HDD
500W 60+ EVGA Bronze Certified
Asus 970 Pro Gaming Motherboard

Note about Motherboard: I talked to both AMD and ASUS Support and they said that while this board doesn't have the heat requirements for the CPU socket, no board does, they will still work together as long as temps are down. Most of the boards on the supported list only support up to 140W so if you tell me its the motherboard and list incompatibility as the reasoning I will ignore you. I wouldn't have both companies tell me its okay if it wasn't okay. If you post correlation without causation you will also be ignored.

Did the PSU start failing already after 4 months usage because it was so close to its limit or could there be another issue?

A 600W power supply my roomate had showed the issue was fixed instantly. I opened msi afterburner and the power line went from sporadic to a nice flat line. A 750W isn't required here. A 600 fixed the issue.
